|1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil|
|Zest and lemon juice from half a lemon|
|1 teaspoon garlic (minced)|
- Cook the veggie in boiling water for two minutes.
- Drain and add to ice water in a bowl.
- Heat the oil with the lemon zest and garlic.
- Add the broccolini and toss.
